Not bad, not bad. Just wish they didn’t take so long to take the series back to a 2D fighting plane. I wasn’t particularly impressed with any of the 3D adaptations, though they were decent.

Now that’s the Mortal Kombat I know. Fast-paced, combo-based, gruesome, smooth animations. Unlike the crap that was MK vs DC.

I did like many of the 3D games (Annihilation, Deception, Deadly Alliance, etc), but I preferred the games in their 2D form. This looks pretty cool, and I think I’d like to get into it. I’ve always preferred Street Fighter over MK but I can see myself getting this on day one.
