Punch-Out!! Video Review for the Wii

I recently purchased Punch-Out!! for the Wii, and figured it would be a good idea to post a video review for the game.  Timothy Magana, the official mascot of C.O.E. texted me and said the game was nothing but a simple button masher.  When I heard that I assumed right away that he never actually played the game, so what you see in the video is a combination of button mashing, and pure skill.  Ok so I don’t actually have any skills in this game, but that’s not important.  What’s important is that this is one of the best games on the Wii and one you should purchase right this second.  It’s classic Nintendo fun at its best.

I hope you enjoy the video. I’ve got a lot more coming!

  1. Just give it another chance Timothy. It has quickly climbed up to one of my favorite Wii games ever released because its so enjoyable in short bursts or extended sessions. The Exibition mode is particularly challenging because you’re given three challenges for each character. One challenge might be to knock your opponent down three times, and then lose in a decision. Another might be to beat the opponent in 60 seconds, or with only a few hits. It extends the gameplay significantly.

I’m now alternating between Xenoblade and Punch-Out and spending too much time on my Wii lol. I’ve also got the two Kirby games I really want to check out. 2D platforming has taken over my life lol. It’s nuts! It feels like its 1988 all over again.
