I wish I could be a couch multiplayer person, but can't because of my friends tastes in games, etc. So for someone like me multiplayer is ubber important and I honestly want to play with people like you! I'm very nervous that Nintendo is remaining so quiet on this subject because that typically means they don't have much interest. All will be revealed in 66 days from now ;)

On a personal note, I'm not as annoyed as you. Reason why is that I'm a huge couch multiplayer guy. Really happy that Nintendo continues to never forget local while the rest opt for online only. But I'm sure that the online experience on the Wii U will be decent and continue to grow during its shelf life. Black Ops 2 will be the benchmark at launch while the rest will follow later. I understand the concerns as Nintendo should delve into its online plans more. Potential is definitely there. Announcing a premium Nintendo Network for example is good stuff.
