Plays Like: Dropping a ball into a well while avoiding obstacles, that’s Kersploosh in a nutshell.
Review Basis: Completed the game.
The Great: The 3D effects are kind of neat, and make this game visually exciting.
+ Good amount of unlockables to keep you playing. Every different object controls uniquely, and adds some much needed variety to the gameplay.
+ Kersploosh has one of the coolest video game title in history.
– With only ten levels, you’re looking at a game that can be completed in less than 15 minutes. An hour will show you everything the game has to offer.
– Extremely hard to control no matter which ball you use. They’re not tight enough to navigate your way through flawlessly.
– All the wells are basically slight variations of the ones that came before.
– $2 overpriced. This should be 99 cents at most, maybe then a purchase be justified.
While it’s nice to see Nintendo make an effort to release more games to the eShop, Kersploosh should probably be avoided, unless you have time to kill on a bus ride or just want to experience something different with some cool 3D effects. Besides that, this is a quick, short, and easy game that doesn’t control as tight as it should. There are better ways to spend your cash. Buy Gunman Clive instead.
